Bayche reserves the right to modify memberships, hours of operation, services offered, and all fees and charges at any time, with reasonable notice. Notifications will be provided via the website or your registered email.
Bayche may refuse entry or dismiss any client at its discretion.
Late entry is not permitted for any class. Check-in opens 10 minutes prior; please arrive 5–10 minutes early. A 5-minute lockout is enforced. Refunds or compensation will not be offered for late entry or no-shows.
Bayche will make every effort to deliver all classes on time, Bayche reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes where attendance is low.
Bayche provides space for personal belongings but is not responsible for their safekeeping.
All purchases are final. Refunds are not offered due to change of mind, illness, injury, change of address, or any other reason.

Bayche respects your privacy and ensures your information is handled safely and responsibly.
Information (e.g., name, email, phone number) collected via forms is used for contact purposes and communications about memberships, offers, or promotions.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties, except under limited circumstances.
All information is stored securely, digitally on protected servers or physically in locked areas.

Exercise, including strength, flexibility, and aerobic activity, carries risks of injury or death. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
By attending, you declare yourself physically sound and free from any condition that may prevent safe participation.
Notify instructors of any injuries, health concerns, or pregnancy prior to class.
For your safety, Bayche instructors reserve the right to modify exercises or refuse participation if deemed unsuitable or unsafe for your individual condition.
Guidelines for attendance:
Wear appropriate indoor exercise clothing (grippy socks required, reformer mat recommended).
Bring adequate water (1 litre recommended).
Ensure emergency contact details are current.
Listen to exercise instructions.
Confirm you are in good health and can safely complete the session.

To cancel membership within a contract period, a $200 break contract fee applies.
Morning class cancellations must be made via the online booking system at least 10 hours prior.
Evening class cancellations must be made at least 5 hours prior.
Late cancellations or no-shows incur a $10 fee - our system provides an accurate date and time upon cancellation and will flag a client when cancelling if it is outside of the cancellation window.
Casual passes or class packs are credited only if cancellations follow policy guidelines.
Clients are able to book up to one hour in advance to attend a class

Clients may join a waitlist for fully booked classes. If a spot becomes available, you will receive a message and can accept the booking into the class
It is your responsibility to manage your booking once added. Standard cancellation policies apply, including late cancellation and no-show fees.

Available only to new clients who have not attended Bayche.
Valid for 2 weeks from purchase; includes access to daily reformer, mat, and yoga classes (1 class/day).
Subject to the standard cancellation policy.
No refunds, transfers, or suspensions are offered for unused portions due to illness, injury, change of address, or other reasons.

5-class packs valid for 2 months.
10-class packs valid for 4 months.
Yoga class packs are valid for 6 months
Unused classes will be forfeited; no refunds, transfers, or suspensions.

Notify Bayche of any changes to contact or payment details.
Unpaid fees may result in suspension of membership access.
All sessions must be paid in advance.
Temporary suspensions of memberships must be advised at least 1 week (7days) prior to suspension start date.
Memberships can be paused for 4 weeks per calendar year at no charge; longer pauses incur $1/day ($7/week). Pauses apply to full weeks only (Sun–Sun).
Unlimited membership grants access to all regularly scheduled classes. No refunds for unused portions due to illness, injury, or other reasons.
Any minimum term applicable to memberships will be clearly stated on the Bayche website and agreed to prior to sign-up.

Participation is at your own risk.
Prenatal-friendly classes are available after the first trimester with medical clearance and no complications.
Bayche can accommodate clients up to 30 weeks pregnant who have practiced consistently for a minimum of 2 months.
Notify your instructor prior to class.

To maintain a respectful and enjoyable environment for all clients:
Grip socks are required for all reformer classes
Please arrive on time; late entry is not permitted
Mobile phones must be on silent and not used during class
Be mindful and respectful of instructors, staff, and other clients
